Today’s menu for berbuka (that I cooked) is:

Broccoli Tempura!

Fried Cheese!

Gambar tak nak kalah. Haha. Padahal sebelum ni letak lapik2 tisu je. Tiba2 nak hias2 siap ade sos cili di samping broccoli lagi. Haha. Ini kerana ya, saya sibuk2 saja nak masuk pertandingan. Ewahh. Pertandingan bodoh2 je. Just for fun. I don’t think I can win because the plate is not that pretty and the dressing is as lame as it can be. Haha.

Well, the Broccoli Tempura was inspired by Doory. She kept telling me how delicious and crunchy it is. And it is! Crunchy! But mine was not that tasty cos I forgot to add in more salt and pepper. Haha. So, it taste biasa la. When I asked my family how it is, their reply is “Biasa la. Oke la”. They said it’s kinda same like my Cendawan Goreng only that it’s green. Hahaha. Fine. Maksudnya semua tak suka la tu. Tapi habis je tadi. :p The first dish yang habis dulu kot. Hehehe.

Most of the Fried Cheese got burned. I tried to sprinkle chopped cheese on top right after I take it out from the kuali but somehow, the cheese won’t melt. Instead, it stuck there macam degil gila. So, I gave up on the dressing. Mak kata next time tak payah buat dah cos nobody really likes it. Only I love this stuff. They prefer Sotong Goreng Tepung better. Ceh.

I made FRIED CHEESE yaww

I made this tadi:

Nampak macam apa je kan padahal that is Fried Cheese people! I made it yawww. Jadi okeee. Lepas ni tak payah sebok nak pergi William cari Fried Cheese. Balik buat sendiri je. Hahaha. Sebijik macam kat William punya just that the presentation kurang menarik and the size is a bit smaller. I cut the cheese into seriously small bits cos I thought they will like melt then suddenly become bigger like William’s but I guess the size of the cheese cube determine it all. Even got some over fried one, the first batch that is. The second batch look a lot better. But the cheese was a bit bland. Maybe because I used Mozarella. The bread crumb totally kick ass! I don’t know how it will turn out if I don’t use the bread crumb.

I definitely gonna do this again and again sampai the whole family muak. Hahah. Ohh Izzat and Ariana  gonna love this! Now, I can’t wait to go back home again and do this. Next mission: FO Potato Pancake!

Update:

I found many recipes on doing this but I pick the simple one.  Here you go Dal!

Ingredients:

1. Cheese (It’s better to use Mozarella cheese)
2. Flour (Not sure the right kind of flour but ‘tepung serbaguna’ is edible)
3. Bread Crumb
4. Beaten eggs

How to:

1. Cut the cheese into cubes/sticks and put it in fridge for 3 hours or so.
2. Roll the cubes of cheese in beaten eggs.
3. Then, role them in flour.
4. After that, role them in the beaten eggs again.
5. Then, role them in bread crumbs.
6. Fry them in a really2 hot temperature oil.

You can sprinkle chopped cheese on top of the hot fried cheese right after you take it out from the pan so that it will melt; as the dressing. And you can sprinkle the cheese with salt after you cut the cheese if you want it a bit salty which I’m gonna do next time. Hahaha. And you can also do step 1 to step 5 then keep ‘em in the fridge for one hour before you fry them which I think it’s abit weird. Or you may roll the cheese cubes into the flour first then eggs then bread crumbs. Oke that’s weird. Don’t do that. Oh yeah the measurement you just agak agak je la depending on the amount of your cheese. Hehehe. See, there are many ways. Try them all and let me know which turns out best! Hehehe. Good Luck.

I can’t be more happier.

I went to the long craved food restaurant yesterday. Oke bukan restaurant. I went to William! Omg lama gila teringin nak makan kat situ. Ksah and Din (dipaksa) tagged along. Haha. I ordered my favorite, Cheese Goreng. I know. Totally not healthy. Dah la cheese. Goreng pulak tuh. Isk3. But, it’s for the next 2 or 3 month so wth. We ordered that and Chicken Cheese and Baked Pasta. Oh yea and Pink Panther too.

Unfortunately, tak ada gambar. Saddd. Cos you know, belum sempat ambil gambar dah makan. So, I will put up the old pictures just for the sake of it. Haha.

I spent the whole yesterday all by myself. Yes. All alone by myself. Cos some petom need to go to the ytm kem ape ntah and mili pergi genting pulak. So, I was alone.

It was boring + peaceful. Boring because obviously, I was alone. Peaceful because I got to do whatever I like with no constraints. I watched three movies and a series yesterday. But I haven’t finish the whole series yet la. Today I’ll continue the remaining. Heee. It was a bit scary throughout the day though cos there’s practically no soul in the building other than me. Luckily Dot and Intan reply my ym that night cos for a moment there, I thought I’m in the “I am Legend” you know. I feel more human then. Hahaha.

Oh on Friday evening, suddenly Paru called me and said that he’s in Cyberjaya. And NadShah happened to be here too. So, we went out for a drink dinner. Oh FYI, Paru and NadShah are doing their internship at their hometown (which is at Pj and  Kl je pun), so it’s kinda hard to see them these days. We went to The Walk. As usual, I had

I am so indecisive. I seriously am. I thought i know what i want but i really don’t. I hate being in this state.

Anyway, i’ve just finished my exam this morning and boy i’m glad i studied even though i know i wont get high marks for this paper to begin with. It’s kinda weird being home right away after exam. *I’m at home now fyi* I actually wanted so much hang out after the exam to kinda celebrate the state of not to have to study in the room. But, somehow things mixed up and i ended up sitting on the couch with my lappy in front of the tv.

Haha. Beriye gile nak describe makanan (padehal tak describe pun tarok harga je) even though i think William is well known already and perhaps all people remember the price far better than me. Tapi nak jugak. :p

I and mili shared our meals. We had Onion Ring & Cheese, Nasi Goreng Ketam, and Ribena Laici. Sangat sedapp okee. I sooo love the cheese pleaseee. Its only a cheese goreng but haihhh hard la to describe. You have to go there and taste yourself but its better if you share it with your friends cos it’s gonna give you a lil bit muak feeling after a few few bites. After the calculation of how much should we (mili&me) pay each, so happy to found out we have to pay only RM23 each! Murah tak? Murah tak? Murah gile kottt. Tgk kat atas tu satu meal RM20 tau. Haaa hehehhe.

The best part eating at William i think is that you can taste all your friend’s food. Really. Cos one meal is like so…sumptuous. I think the meal is meant for two people, practically. But whenever people get there they will become like really tamak so they will oder one meal for themselves. Pastu tak habis. Hahaha. Unless you a eat-a-lot kind of person la kan. So, as an expert of that place, we rotate our meal around the table after few bites. If you do that at P9 (adelah mamak yg sering dikunjungi ye), confirm la deyy whats left on your plate is just 60% of what you ordered. Hahaha. Kalau di William, adelah seperti tidak luak ye. Haha.

Oh i forgot to mention, i belanja Aizat his meal cos I owe him….ape tu ye? Hahaha. Rahsia~ (saje nk buat controversi di sini ye). Which cost me RM42!! Lawan toke nampak. Hahha. Takla takla ikhlas ni ikhlas. Hehehe. Thanx Aizat for the other day *kenyit mata sket*. Acet!

Around 11-ish, the table is cleared. Whats left is just empty plates and sikit sikit left overs. Then suddenly, all of us want to watch a movie. Geng! Kita kan geng~. Can you believe it?? The Petam havent watch it T_T. But there’s no Geng available at night. So, we watched Watchmen instead.

Fucking stupid movie okeee! Bosan gile nak mampus! Da la two and a half hours pulak tuu!! I swearr i could sleep in the movie but macam sayang la pulak kan nak tidur dalam movie. Kat bilik tanak tidur pulak *sepak sket*. Oke anyway, jangan tengok movie tu oke. Diulang sekali lagi, don’t watch the movie.

On Friday

Friday is the day! mr.boyfriend got here at 3 exactly mase i and petom had lunch. haha. supposely i wait for him but i lapa mcm haram okee. sorry dear. then we hit to Alamanda for his lunch. jalan2 kejap. then we pick up nadshah at mmu then we go back to ktp sbb nadshah kne tnggal. haha. we sit around at the perfectly laid green grass by the lake watching them do their thing. rowing i mean. =p. than late at night around 10 or so, all of us including jern and his boyfie had an early supper or is it late dinner? haha attt “will i am” haha we’ve been craving for that since..lame daahh. i had Blue Cheese Pasta and he had Roti Mozarella. dot picked the Chicken Pasta with Mushroom. mili ate the Meatball Lasagna. yani had the Nasi Goreng Kapuchio. Nadshah, the Chicken Cheese. Intan, Spaghetti Bolognese. same goes to jern and iqbal. siti, roti hawaii. almost sume tk habis okee. hahha. byk gleee and sedapp gleee. sedap sedap! suke suke! thanx dear bawak i mkn sane. hehhe.

On Saturday

The fun begins! we actually had always planned to go there. it’s rather childish but i’ve never been there kott. It’s Aquaria! haha. it was awesome sgt! i got to met like a lot of ninja’s friends and relatives. and they’re being nice to me too. hehhe. i also happen to found a lot of kojhiro! hahha. suddenly i become like all the kindergarten kids that nvr once saw all the weird fish. eh mmg pn. haha. i tot its gonna be a long walk tapii kejap je rupenye. jalan2 tau2 je da hbs. so we end up go around in that tunnel thing twice! bes bes. hehhe. lpass tuu. tersrempak dgn ksah mase nk masuk zara. i totally forgot that she got this movie thing with her company. haha. shock i was. =p.

Not to mention that we parked inside the klcc parking lot. sooo mahal gle kott the fares. grr. i told u we shud park outside. total for 6 hrs is rm14! if we park outside its gonna cost only rm3 ke rm5 je. isk. tkpe next time no more. =p. So we decided to hang out somewhere else. and i couldnt think of any better place other than The Curve. cos it got flea market there! hehhe. i didnt shop much tho. sket jee. =p. and we had karipap ikea! sedapp kotttt. even tho its rm1 sebijik. but langsung tk kesah cos its really really good. its big and got 1/4 telur rebus inside dgn inti yg sedap. ohh *drooling*. we hunt for tako tako everywhere but both klcc and the curve got no tako tako. sian die. craving for tako tako erh. hik3. we watched Sepi right after. the movie – sedih okee. then we had dinner at Padi. patu balikk. hehhe. thank you dear for the day. i lebiu! heheh.

On Sunday

Bijoux bazaar! we were sooo excited okee. i go there with mili and dot jee. cos others got something to do. soo we went there by public. senang je kottt sebnanyer. i tot its gonna be a long day. tp we went out at 11 something and by 6 or so, we already on our bed tdoo. hehhe. i spent rm38 at the bazaar and rm35 for the transportation fares. heh3. i bought one unbelievably gorgeous handbag and a belt and a necklace. all with rm38 je. heheh. i sooo love my handbag! hehhe. although, i think i shud buy some shoes and some more bags. hahha. but thank god i didnt! kalau x i wont be having any meal for the rest of the month. hahha. and we bought this cute mute tute cupcakes. hehhe.

Oke i admit i am so freaking bored at this hour. i’ve been stalking people’s blog for like more than 2 hours hahha such a stalker. it is hilarious actually to suddenly acccidently found blog that belongs to someone you knw and read what they’re blogging about and how they express theirself. hahha evil me laughing at people. i wonder what people thought when they’re reading mine.. *hurmm *

obviously i’m BORED

 

Oh do you knw that nachos with cheese all over it. the one that pizza hut been selling this past few month and the one at Nachos lol haha yeah that one imagine that you can eat it up everyday. well i dun hav to imagine cos i got like endless supply of it and i’ve been eating it everyday! superdeliciously yummmy! mwahaha of course i hav to fry the nachos and bancuh the cheese myself. The fridges downstairs are full with the nachos and we got 1 box of BBq cheese powder. The pizzahut cheese the nachos so pekat but we the kotadamansara people like it our way heh3 how we got such supply? haha we got 1 secret agent who works at this one place that sells nachos and somehow the restaurant stop promoting that stuff so this 1 brilliant man just had to take it home. Good job! hahha *while dipping the nachos into mangkuk full of cheese! *  To all the cheese lovers – do envy me haha

So i’ve been planning to go back to mmu this saturday so i can hav all sunday to unpack my stuff but unfortunately mak cannot send me this sat but only available on sunday *sighh * no other alternatives this sunday it is huhu to tell you the truth i have not yet unpack my stuff and now i have to pack them back?! adoii and you knw what i’ve been doing this cuti? create new blog! hahha i knw that’s too soon but i could not help noticing other blogs speciality~. you knw wordpress is kinda boring kn kn kn then again maybe blogspot is the one or maybe livejournal.
